Richard is based in the Christchurch branch joining the BJ Ball team in 2013 straight out of Otago University. He is passionate about innovation in the print market and keen to assist our customers with finding optimal solutions for their clientele.

Richard gets a buzz out of seeing his customers work come to fruition in the market and is keen to help specify the perfect stock for your application.

Sean Cloete is our Auckland-based Regional Manager who looks after the Pacific Islands, as well as some North island customers. Hailing from South Africa and joining us in 2009, Sean's loyalty shines through.

His motto? "Always secure the next order." Sean knows the key to success lies in building lasting relationships and ensuring repeat business, no matter what.

Craig joined us in January 2023, transitioning from 7 years in the food and beverage manufacturing industry where he specialized in printing on consumer food products. Now, at BJ Ball, he sells the same substrates he used to print on. Craig sees this shift as a new challenge, one that has expanded his knowledge of the industry.

He takes joy in supporting his Wellington customers, guiding them through our extensive product range to find the perfect fit for their needs. Craig believes in the power of building strong, trusting relationships with his customers and looks forward to every interaction.

Raewyn has been a part of the BJ Ball Group for nearly 18 years and is based in our Wellington branch. First starting as a Specifier/Environmental Manager for the lower north island, Raewyn has built up her knowledge of the industry and our products not only in the Digital division, but also packaging & foils.

She has a real passion for the industry and loves helping her customer’s achieve their goals for their customer’s, along with all the resources to back up her products. The quality and innovation, along with her customers testing the boundaries of their machines and imagination, continue to impress her.

Grant has been with the BJ Ball Group for over 20 years and has enjoyed working alongside long standing printers in the southern region. 

"Over my time I have seen the emergence of the digital print market through to it being a dominant part of every one of my customers production plants. With the digital print quality continually improving to the high levels of standard and creativity being offered today, it has been pleasing to play our part in sourcing key products, and looking for new options that add tangible value to our clients and ultimately the end user“.

Taine graduated from the University of Auckland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce. Growing up in the print industry, thanks to his family's label company/printshop, he still finds himself getting involved in printing tasks. After university, he managed a small cardboard tube packaging company before joining BJ Ball in February 2023.

Taine loves connecting with customers and bringing their creative ideas to life.
